liblexical-var-perl software package provides Perl module for using static variables without namespace pollution, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblexical-var-perl
liblexical-var-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblexical-var-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblexical-var-perl *
You will get with liblexical-var-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
